Treatment Areas

Speech

Speech support focuses on helping children produce sounds and words clearly so they can be understood by others.

Areas we support:

Articulation: Difficulty with individual speech sounds.
Phonological (speech sound) disorders: Difficulty with patterns or groups of sounds.
Apraxia of speech: Difficulty planning and coordinating speech movements.
Voice use: Managing vocal hygiene, strain, or speech misuse.

Signs your child may need support:

Mispronounces, leaves out, or substitutes sounds in words (e.g., "wing" for ring, "wa" for want, "nana" for banana).
Is very difficult for others to understand.
Often yells, screams, or speaks loudly, leading to hoarseness or throat discomfort.

Our Approach

Creating long lasting change

Our therapy is built on a simple principle: meaningful progress happens between sessions, not just during them. Real change requires consistent practice in everyday environments, where communication actually occurs. Because of this, parent and caregiver involvement is a core part of therapy. Without regular practice at home, progress will be limited, no matter how effective the session itself is.

Each session is designed to make the home program clear, practical, and achievable. We coach parents and caregivers on strategies, model techniques, and provide real-time feedback, so therapy extends into daily life and outcomes last.
