Sarah Peardon
Sarah grew up in Vancouver, where she spent most of her childhood on a field or in a gym. A lifelong athlete, her favorite sports were softball and competitive cheerleading, both of which shaped her love for movement, teamwork, and supporting others to reach their potential.
After completing undergraduate studies through Capilano University and UBC Okanagan, Sarah knew she wanted to make the Okanagan her long-term home, a place she had visited for years while playing softball tournaments. She began her career working as a support worker for adults with diverse abilities, an experience that deepened her passion for meaningful, person-centered support.
Sarah has been coaching competitive cheerleading since 2016 and continues to stay actively involved in the sport through coaching, administrative roles, and coach development. Her experience on both the athlete and coach sides of cheer has shaped her approach to leadership, communication, and skill development.
Driven to make a broader impact, Sarah returned to school to complete her Master of Occupational Therapy at the University of British Columbia’s Prince George campus. Today, she combines her athletic background, coaching expertise, and clinical training to help clients build skills, improve function, and participate fully in the activities that matter most to them.
