Occupational Therapist
Isabel Griffon
Isabel completed her undergraduate degree at UBC, studying speech science and psychology. She worked briefly doing behaviour intervention with children before returning to school to receive her Rehabilitation Assistant diploma. From there, she worked as a physiotherapist assistant with Providence Health Care in Vancouver and eventually transitioned to an occupational therapy assistant with Foundry BC, working with youth with mental health and addictions. This team sparked Isabel's passion for working in mental health and inspired her to become an occupational therapist.
Isabel values working in collaboration with her clients, acknowledging that they are experts in their own lives and helping to empower them to reach their goals.
