We are currently accepting referrals for home assessments and occupational therapy services designed to help older adults remain safe, independent, and confident in their homes. Our assessments identify barriers to daily activities and provide practical recommendations to support aging in place. Services may include equipment recommendations, home modifications, and strategies to improve safety and function.
