Minda Chittenden, BSc (Kin) MA (Gero)

Minda is a kinesiologist, and gerontologist, and claims Cultus Lake and Coquitlam as her home towns. She has traveled to 5 continents and lived in England when doing her Masters of Gerontology, and working as a researcher. She loves the science and sociology of aging and is passionate about helping people age the way they want to. She has been completing medical-legal functional capacity evaluations, cost of future care reports, since 2010, and has been accepted to provide expert witness testimony in the Supreme Court of BC. In July 2016, Minda was selected to sit on the Canadian Kinesiology Board of Directors, where she continues to contribute to the Kinesiology practice, representing Kinesiologists on a national level. She helps families navigate the health care system for their older friends/family and her passion for helping her clients and fellow therapists is seen every day at Meridian!
