Lee Gye, BHK

Lee grew up in what he refers to as “The Best Place on Earth” – Roberts Creek on Sunshine Coast. He now calls the Okanagan home after graduating with his Bachelor of Human Kinetics from University of British Columbia – Okanagan. Lee practices mindfulness and loves learning about diet and metabolism and how it can influence human performance and well-being. He puts this to good use working with his clients in the pool or the gym, as well as Vernon’s Work Hardening Program. Lee is competitive and enjoys playing soccer and basketball. He also loves keeping up with NFL, NHL, NBA, MLB, NCAA football/basketball, and champion’s league soccer. As a self-proclaimed ‘perennial planner’ he’s currently on a journey of becoming more spontaneous in life and has found that more spontaneity almost always equals more fun. Lee loves that he gets to work with clients from all walks of life and backgrounds. He has big plans to travel to Europe, Latin America, and Africa, which he plans to fund by playing the lottery and crossing his fingers.
