Kavita Schaffer, M.H.Sc., R.SLP

Kavita grew up in Waterloo, Ontario where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.  She then went on to complete her Master of Health Science in Speech-Language Pathology at the University of Toronto.  Kavita has a special interest in Pediatrics, especially working with children on the autism spectrum and clients who have an acquired brain injury.  She now calls Kelowna home and hasn’t missed a beat getting involved and active.  Kavita loves meeting new people and found herself a softball team within a week of living here. Kavita loves that her position is diverse and that she is able to tailor her work for each client.  She recognizes that caregivers play an important role in therapy and loves to empower them to provide the best therapy possible for their loved ones.

Registered Speech Language Pathologist (Conditional Active)
