Meridian Rehab is dedicated to providing a wide range of occupational services, therapies, and assessments to the North Okanagan area of British Columbia, Canada. We are focused on helping you regain functionality and independence!

Our team of Occupational Therapists, Rehabilitation Assistants, Kinesiologists, Recreational Therapist, Home Support & Care Attendants, and administrative staff work with local medical professionals and suppliers to serve clients with acquired brain injuries, spinal cord, orthopedic, & soft tissue injuries. We also help clients with functional issues related to aging. As well, we provide services to families dealing with autism.

Building rehabilitation programs around the specific circumstances of our clients, we assist our clients to return to their previous or maximum level of function in their daily lives. We provide active therapy programs and assist clients in their homes so that they can achieve or maintain their desired level of independence.

We offer independence through services such as Homemaking & Attendant Care, and therapies such as Physical Programs (pool/gym based - individual or group), Return to Work programs, and Brain Injury Recovery Programs. We also provide assessments and evaluations, along with specialty community programs such as Community Kitchens.
